Job Description
You will join as a Product Engineer to build tools that absorb real-world complexity for millions of UK households. Working directly with the CTO in London, you will own outcomes end-to-end—developing both core user products and the internal "multipliers" that allow the entire company to scale efficiently.

What You Will Do
- Own product features end-to-end, from fuzzy problem definitions and initial planning to shipping code and analyzing performance metrics.
- Build internal "multipliers"—the shared tooling and safe surfaces that enable non-engineers to ship and scale service lines without breaking systems.
- Develop complex, long-running workflows using TypeScript and Temporal to automate household processes like insurance discovery and purchase journeys.
The ideal candidate
- Has at least 2 years of professional experience with a modern full-stack TypeScript environment, including React, Postgres, and Node.js.
- Possesses a PM mindset, caring deeply about UX, copy, and user flow alongside technical correctness and system scalability.
- Thrives in an office-first, high-context culture in London, preferring ownership and agency over rigidly defined tickets and management layers.
