About ReBloom
ReBloom is an AI-native fintech platform headquartered in Copenhagen, building the leading technology infrastructure for private market secondary transactions bringing public market sophistication like Dark Pools, IOI matching, and AI-powered Order Management Systems to private secondaries. Our institutional clients include some of the most prominent names in pre-IPO tech. We are profitable, our pipeline is compounding, and we are now building the team to match our momentum.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Product Engineer to help build ReBloom's platform from the inside out. In this role you'll be in the room as we figure out what to build next, translating a fast-moving product vision into shipped software, and shaping that vision in return. You'll work fullstack across our platform and our AI infrastructure, with direct exposure to the founding team and real influence over direction. This is a role for someone who wants to build a company, not just write code for one.
What You'll Do
- Ship fullstack features across ReBloom's core platform from database and API work to the interfaces our institutional clients use daily
- Work directly with the founding team to turn product ideas into working software, iterating quickly as the vision evolves
- Build and extend our AI tooling of agents, retrieval, and workflows using our stack (Langchain, MCP, and related tools) that power features like the AI enabled Order Management System.
- Own infrastructure decisions across AWS and Vercel, balancing speed with reliability as we scale
- Bring product judgment, not just implementation. Have a mentality of iterating fast and adjust when something doesn't serve the client or the business
- Move fluidly between building, debugging, and thinking about what we should build next

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of fullstack engineering experience, comfortable owning a feature end-to-end.
- Someone that has been hands on in building a product early
- Working knowledge of AWS, Vercel, and modern AI application tooling (Langchain, MCP, or equivalent). You don't need expertise in all of them, but you should be conversant and eager to go deeper
- Entrepreneurial spirit - you want significant influence over what gets built and why, not just a backlog to execute against
- Comfortable in a startup environment: fewer processes, more ownership, and the expectation that you'll help define how things get done
- Strong product instincts - you can sit with an institutional user problem and help shape it into something buildable
- A genuine interest in what ReBloom is building and the private markets space, not just the tech stack
