Product Evaluation Co-ordinator, London or Amsterdam

Location: Hybrid London or Amsterdam.

Job Summary: Neat provides a best-in-class product evaluation program for customers to experience collaboration the Neat way. As the PEP Coordinator you will orchestrate the relationship between the end customer and the stakeholders at Neat during the trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact during evaluation period Welcome customer and partner to Neat PEP Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all coordination including ordering and tracking of devices and management access Customer kickoff and check in engagement with the customer and Neat account team Engage Product Specialists and Customer support as needed Collect customer feedback throughout trial as well as final survey Initiation of quotes and invoice tracking Close out process in back-end systems and transition back to account team Track purchase orders via partners and directly with customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field Familiarity with online tools like Salesforce.com and NetSuite required. Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Able to follow established processes and procedures consistently. Demonstrates accountability and adherence to company policies and guidelines. Collaborative team player who works well with others across departments. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Professional and confident presence in video meetings and virtual interactions. Interested in building long-term success within the role and organization. French and / or Italian along with fluent English strongly preferred Location: Hybrid London or Amsterdam
