ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Product Growth Manager (Wound) – Ostomy, this exciting role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of wound care products within Eakin's Global Ostomy & Wound business.

As our Product Executive (Wound Care), you'll play an important part in bringing innovative products to market and enhancing existing solutions that make a meaningful difference to users' lives. While you'll be part of the wider Ostomy team, your primary focus will be on our wound care portfolio.

You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, supporting products from initial concept and New Product Introduction (NPI) through to market launch, ongoing portfolio management, and end-of-life planning. Working closely with colleagues across Product, Insights, Commercial, and Operational teams, you'll help ensure our product offering remains both commercially successful and focused on user needs.

A key aspect of the role is acting as the voice of the user within the business. You'll gather, analyse, and interpret customer and user feedback, working alongside Product Managers and Insights colleagues to translate these insights into product improvements and future innovation opportunities. Your contributions will help shape product requirements and influence the development of new solutions that deliver real value to our users.

This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, customer-focused, and passionate about understanding user needs. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, influence decision-making, and help foster a culture where user insights are at the heart of product development, communication, and proposition design.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
