Product Executive
Placement Plus Team Position: Portfolio Solutions Analyst
Location: Manchester Employment Type: Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office)
Marsh is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join the Placement Plus team as part of the Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) business. This role requires building and maintaining high-quality accelerator services for insurer partners, collaborating with colleagues across MPS and beyond.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop analytical reports tailored for Portfolio Solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timeliness within KPIs.
- Respond efficiently to internal and external stakeholder queries within agreed timelines.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation exercises.
- Produce ad hoc reports and data enrichment tasks as required.
- Support Insurer Partner Meetings and maintain the team’s intranet pages for collaboration.
- Contribute to other tasks as directed.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Excel (data organisation, analysis, and reporting).
- Competency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Seldom-indeed (self-starter) with articulate communication.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience within a brokerage or insurance environment, ideally with commercial/General Lines exposure.
- Experience in product supply or carrier management.
- Familiarity with the ET2 trading system (training provided).
- Basic Acturis platform knowledge (training available).
