Product-Focused Full Stack Engineer (Python, Django) | Go, GraphQL, Flutter | AI Infrastructure Scale-Up

The Company

We’re a fast-growing technology company delivering an AI-powered platform that helps businesses optimise operational efficiency at scale. The product leverages real-time data, automation, and modern tools to facilitate faster, data-driven decision-making and streamline workflows.

With strong early traction and rapid revenue growth, the company is now scaling rapidly—both technologically and organisationally. This role will give you the opportunity to shape the engineering direction as part of a team where software innovation is at the core of growth.

The Role

Join a cross-functional product team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the core AI infrastructure. This is a true full-stack role, where you’ll work across:

  • Backend services (primarily Python/Django)
  • Go-based microservices
  • Frontend applications (Flutter + GraphQL)
  • API design and system integrations

Key Responsibilities

  • Ship end-to-end, high-ownership product features across full technology stacks
  • Develop scalable backend services in Python (Django) and Go, optimised for performance and reliability
  • Build modern frontend experiences using Flutter and GraphQL, prioritising usability and innovation
  • Design and evolve data flows, APIs, and system integrations that support business needs
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to solve real-world user pain points
  • Maintain and improve production systems for scalability, monitoring, and observability
  • Contribute to engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and scaling strategies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
