Summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an experienced Product Globalization PMO Lead to drive execution excellence across global commercialization and globalization initiatives.

This role will act as a central coordination point across regions, functions, and stakeholders, ensuring effective governance, visibility, accountability, and successful execution of globalization programs. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with operational rigor and the ability to manage complex international initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and execution management for globalization programs across multiple regions and business functions
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and execution processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product management, operations, sales, marketing, finance, support, and regional leadership teams
  • Manage integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive stage-gate execution processes from product readiness through launch and scaling phases
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across globalization initiatives
  • Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and program reporting
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and execution tracking
  • Identify operational risks, delays, and improvement opportunities proactively
  • Support prioritization, resource alignment, and escalation management
  • Drive continuous improvement of globalization execution methodologies and operational processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related field
  • Extensive experience leading global programs, PMO functions, or cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, project lifecycle management, and stage-gate methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within international matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with project and program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable execution plans
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, software, or engineering organizations preferred
  • PMO, PMP, Agile, or related certifications are considered an advantage
