What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll step into a dynamic role in the product area of our business, where no two days are the same.
- You’ll work across teams to create digital experiences our customers will love.
- Collaborating with Commercial and User Experience colleagues, you’ll understand the needs of our customers and partners to build and own a compelling product roadmap.
- Using data, you’ll prioritise high impact work, deliver enhancements with engineering teams, and optimise performance to drive maximum value.

What We’re Looking For
- A graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Technology, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Data Science or a related subject (or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree or above).
- Commercial, with the ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions.
- Be proactive, able to prioritise and deliver value quickly.
- Able to articulate a compelling, value creating roadmap to deliver against the product strategy or strategic KPIs.
- Comfortable delivering within a regulated environment.
- Able to develop trust, integrity and credibility through stakeholder relationships.
- Someone with a growth mindset, constantly looking for new opportunities to create value, or improve ways of working to get ideas to market quickly.
- Able to work with anyone and understand that everyone has a different perspective – and know that’s what makes it exciting.
- Comfortable in gathering and interpreting market insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within our products and customer journeys.
- Evidence of an interest in Product Management through academic projects, internships, work experience, extracurricular activities, personal projects, or other relevant experience where you have explored customer needs, solved problems, analysed data, or helped shape products and services.
