Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX

We are looking for seasonal Product Guides to join our store!

You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You are the inspiration behind our brand’s evolution, as we continue to commit to bold objectives both in stores and in our communities.

You are product-obsessed and seek any chance to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand how our product performs. You prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same. You authentically share product knowledge with guests and recommend products based on their interests and needs.

You prioritize your own development, personally and professionally, and celebrate the achievements of others. You recognize that we create a better world, together.

As an Arc’teryx Product Guide, here’s what you’d be doing:

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc'teryx ambassador, you represent our values both in-store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks—you help make sure everything flows.

Life in Our Stores

You’ll be part of a team that enjoys spending time outdoors together, shares product knowledge, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. The work is hands-on, thoughtful and rooted in connection to the outdoors and community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
