Product Implementation Associate
Location: Camden, London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office) Salary: £45,000–£65,000 (DOE) Type: Full-time
Harvey Nash is partnering with a B2B software company specialising in a modern platform designed to help global organisations manage complex product, supplier, and regulatory data. Operating in highly regulated, fast-evolving environments, they are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding their focus on customer implementation and success.
About the Role
As a Product Implementation Associate, you will act as a vital bridge between Sales and Engineering, helping clients transition from contract signage to successful platform adoption—and beyond. You’ll oversee onboarding and implementation, foster long-term customer partnerships, and refine processes as the company scales.

- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to refine solution design
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, covering the full journey from contract signing to go-live
- Configure the platform to align with customer-specific needs and oversee data migration
- Train customers and support early adoption
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
- Identify growth opportunities in retention, upselling, and expansion
- Provide valuable customer insights to Product Development and Engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Solutions, or a similar scenario
- ~3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within a software environment
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, scaling business context

Desirable but Not Compulsory
- Hands-on experience with configurable or workflow-based software
- Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., finance, pharma, or manufacturing)
