About the Role

This is a 11-week paid Summer Internship designed to provide a multifaceted experience at Visa. You’ll:

  • Contribute to business-as-usual (BAU) work within your team
  • Take ownership of an end-to-end project
  • Participate in intensive training programs
  • Engage in a global social impact case challenge
  • Join the Visa Executive Speaker Series (exposures to senior leaders)

If you thrive during your internship, we may offer you a graduate role after graduation (2028).


Team & Responsibilities: Product Internship (Europe)

You will be embedded in Visa’s Europe Product team, working with teams responsible for ecommerce, authentication, and consumer solutions (e.g., Affluent, Credit).

As a valued team member in our non-hierarchical environment, you will:

  • Focus on go-to-market strategies, including product deployment, pre-sales, and commercial activities. Key tasks can include:

    • Creating country rollout plans for Europe
    • Developing sales collateral and presentations
    • Collaborating with 40+ European markets to support client engagement
    • Cross-functional work with teams across diverse tools and frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Performance Analysis: Generate reports identifying key metrics and improvement areas

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm product optimization tactics
    • Conduct market intelligence and incorporate insights into product propositions/go-to-market plans
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and materials for:

    • Various initiatives and stakeholders
    • Supporting Europe Product leadership (including meeting prep for senior clients and Visa executives)
    • Creating pitch decks for European markets demonstrating Visa products

Essential Criteria

  • Permanent right to work in the UK
  • Penultimate year of university, graduating in 2028 (please confirm on CV)
  • Available for full-time summer work (June–September 2027)
  • Proactive, positive attitude with experience of initiative and a strong commitment to learning
  • Strong communication skills (collaboration and presentation ability)
  • Ability to:
    • Work within an agile environment
    • Prioritize tasks while adapting to shifting priorities

SkillsTech Competency

  • Digital fluency required (including familiarity with emerging tech like Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot).

Microsoft Office Proficiency

  • Basic to intermediate ability in MS Office (core features for presentations, data handling).
