I am working with an exciting, growing business near Norwich that is looking for a Product Lead to join its team.
The business has seen strong year-on-year growth and continues to invest in new technology, software development and business improvement projects.
As Product Lead, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, document business needs and support the development team in delivering new solutions.

You’ll be part of a busy product squad, working on a varied pipeline of interesting projects across software, process improvement and wider business change.
Ideally I am looking for someone with:
Experience in product, business analysis or a similar role A good understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience creating user stories and working with development teams Knowledge of UML Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills A driven, curious and enquiring mindset Full driving license
