At SNAP, we are looking for a Product Lead to drive the development and evolution of our market-leading products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product strategy, work directly with customers, and help shape the future of solutions used across the transport and logistics industry.

About the Role
- Own and manage the product roadmap
- Gather, document, and prioritise customer and business requirements
- Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders across all levels
- Drive Agile/Scrum processes and manage product backlogs
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Lean principles
- Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to deliver rapid value
- Support product launches, train users, and embed change effectively
- Align product development with commercial objectives
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, taxation, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Own and manage the product roadmap
- ✅ Gather, document, and prioritise customer and business requirements
- ✅ Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- ✅ Lead stakeholder workshops (internal & external)
- ✅ Drive Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring efficient product backlog management
- ✅ Optimise business processes using Lean methodologies
- ✅ Define MVPs to deliver expedited business value
- ✅ Support product launches, including user training and change management
- ✅ Align product strategy with broader commercial goals
- ✅ Ensure compliance with GDPR, taxation, and relevant regulations

Key Requirements
- ❯ Experience as a Product Lead, Product Owner, or Product Manager, or similar role
- ❯ Strong capabilities in requirements gathering and business process mapping
- ❯ Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- ❯ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ❯ Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles
- ❯ Ability to translate complex業務 needs into clear, executable outcomes
- ❯ Logistics, transport, or fleet industry experience (preferred, not essential)
- ❯ Willingness to travel extensively (UK-wide, with occasional European trips)
