We’re looking for a Product Lead to help bring Beam’s AI to millions of frontline workers across the UK, US, Europe and Australia.
You’ll report to Seb, our co-founder, and work closely with engineers and designers to build AI products that solve real operational problems in sectors like employment, housing and social care.
This is a hands-on product role for someone who loves building.

You Will
- Ship quickly and iterate constantly - You’re comfortable operating in fast cycles of discovery and delivery. Rather than spending weeks scoping and writing lengthy specs, you prefer building, testing and learning with real users.
- Obsess over product craft - You care deeply about the details that make products exceptional - speed, reliability, UX clarity, and how tools actually fit into real workflows.
- Work directly with users - You’ll spend time travelling to offices to watch practitioners use the product - understanding how their work actually happens so we can build AI tools that genuinely help.
- Use AI to solve real problems - You’ll work closely with engineers to turn the latest model capabilities into practical, high-impact features that reduce admin and unlock better services.
- Set ambitious goals - You define clear outcomes and hold yourself - and your team - accountable for delivering them.
- Help shape what Beam builds next - You’ll influence product strategy based on what you learn from users, partners and the market.

Compensation Range
£80K - £110K
