Product Lead - AI Productivity Tooling

Our Promise

We thrive on our Promise Behaviours—we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming, and Challenging. Four behaviours, one spirit.

The Opportunity

The workplace is evolving faster than many organisations can adapt. At easyJet, we don’t just hand out AI tools—we empower our people to unlock more value from them than anyone in the industry.

As Product Lead – AI Productivity Tooling, you’ll own the strategy, experience, and value outcomes of our internal AI productivity stack—a pure product management role, not an IT service function. Leading a small, dedicated team, you’ll transform cutting-edge AI into a seamless, high-impact experience for our 18,000+ colleagues and software engineers.

Your Toolkit

You’ll shape, configure, and scale a world-class internal AI stack, including:

For Business Users:

  • Microsoft Copilot (M365)
  • Claude
  • Claude Cowork
  • Copilot Studio

For Engineers:

  • GitHub Copilot
  • Claude Code

Your Responsibilities

1. Own the Vision

  • Define the 18-month product roadmap and be the internal authority on AI productivity.
  • Educate and advocate for AI-driven workflows at a senior leadership level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
