At myPOS, we’re all about helping businesses grow and get paid. We make payments simple, smart, and accessible for everyone, but we’re more than just payment solutions - myPOS is a partner in growth. From free multicurrency accounts to powerful e-commerce tools, we’re here to support business owners of all sizes and everyone out there who dreams of starting their own business.

As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for a Product Lead in Lending to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry. Ready to join us and shape the future of payments? Let’s make it happen!

About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Lead - B2B Lending to own the early shape of our SME lending products. This is a product-first, 0→1 role for someone who understands SME lending deeply and is excited to build and scale new products from scratch.

You’ll work closely with the VP Product and Product Manager to define, launch, and evolve our lending proposition as we scale, with clear ownership of how these products are shaped from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, risk, and commercial. You’ll turn lending capability into real, usable, scalable customer products, and in the early stages you’ll be directly shaping and driving build activity before dedicated squads are fully in place.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and define new SME lending products end-to-end (0→1), working with Product, Risk, Data, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life
  • Lead discovery with SME customers and internal stakeholders to uncover unmet financing needs and translate them into product opportunities
  • Design how lending works in-product - including eligibility, affordability, limits, pricing, repayment structures, and customer journeys
  • Partner with Risk and Data teams to embed underwriting logic, credit decisioning, and portfolio considerations into product design
  • Support build and delivery with engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear, buildable, and aligned to commercial and risk outcomes
  • Use market insight and performance data to iterate on products post-launch and influence roadmap priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
