Product Lead - Content
Salt are working with one of the UK's best-known online retail businesses, on a mission to make every shop a genuinely enjoyable one, built on great range, dependable service and honest value.
They are looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of the experiences that connect their customers to the brand and their commercial partners. This person will shape everything from the moment a customer lands on the homepage through to the content that inspires them and the media placements that surround them.
The goal is simple to say and hard to do well: make every touchpoint feel effortless, engaging and clearly tied to where we're heading as a business.
About the Role
You'll take the lead on their retail media proposition, ensuring onsite placements feel genuinely useful and relevant to shoppers while also delivering commercially.
Another key focus is their proprietary confirmation pages/customer success journey and evolving supply partner systems to showcase best-in-class partner solutions, enhancing brand perception and purchase conversion for customers—and partners.
Sitting at the intersection of deep technical capability and commercial strategy, you'll use data and customer insight to fuse content and media, creating a standout shopping experience. Your focus will be on solving meaningful customer and commercial problems and driving product metrics that matter.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
