Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. As this role involves partner training, there is a requirement for occasional travel to London and partner head offices within the UK.

The Role

As a Product Learning Specialist, you will research, identify gaps, and deliver training to empower NEXT and partner teams to make informed, profitable decisions that drive the business forward.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders in various teams across the business to deliver improvements on how the product teams work using the most effective way to drive engagement to all Next and partner product teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop new and innovative training methods that are inclusive of different learning styles and needs. Collating learner feedback is a key responsibility in order to propose and implement key improvements to the training content and learner experience on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Take On

  • Train employees on Next product processes and systems to ensure proficiency and confidence.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs on core product principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure training content is relevant, up to date, and aligned with business needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training based on feedback and industry developments.
  • Optimise our learning experience platform - Thrive, keeping content up to date and using user engagement data to drive decision making.
  • Present complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, adapting delivery to suit various learning styles.
  • Provide 1-1 support for product team members with training needs or gaps.
  • Collaborate on team projects to assist with the discovery, development and training of the teams.
  • Design relevant clear and concise update communications to the product teams, including TP partner teams, informing them of key changes, issues and actions.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking specialist who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and has a passion for seeing projects come to life through effective training and learner engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
