Product-Led Growth Lead

Outside IR35 Contract | £500–600/day | London Hybrid

Omnis Partners are supporting a high-growth Series B B2B SaaS business on a newly created Product-Led Growth Lead contract.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can help shape and scale PLG across the customer journey - from onboarding and activation through to retention, lifecycle, product usage and expansion.

The business has a strong technical product, ambitious growth plans and a need for someone who can work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Commercial and Engineering.

The role

You’ll help define and deliver the product-led growth approach, including:

  • Improving onboarding, activation and time-to-value
  • Building lifecycle journeys that drive retention and engagement
  • Using customer insight, data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities
  • Developing segmentation and product usage frameworks
  • Identifying in-product upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Working closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial and Engineering teams
  • Helping create the foundations for a longer-term PLG capability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
