Qualification:
- B.E. /B. Tech / M.S in Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Very Good experience in onsite-offshore coordination
- Experience in Mechanical design using CREO and Windchill PLM
- Good knowledge in sustenance engineering
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, Brazing, welding, sheet metal forming & operations
- Good knowledge in plastic design and manufacturing process
- Assembly and part tolerancing including GD&T
- Interact with manufacturing and service teams to support product transition into manufacturing.
- Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to make technical presentations

Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements.
- To develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions.
- To mentor junior designers, share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation.
- To collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals.
- To work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality.
