CIMPA PLM Services, a Sopra Steria Company, is looking for Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering Graduates (other STEM degrees will be considered based on experience and aptitude for the role) to join our team of Product Lifecycle Management experts. By joining as a Graduate at CIMPA you will support Aerospace, Defence, Energy, and Transport companies to improve operational efficiency across the entire Product Lifecycle. You will support the design, optimisation, and deployment of PLM solutions that help our clients to improve the way they develop, manufacture, and maintain complex products or services by being at the heart of Digital Transformation.
Description Du Poste
The Graduate role will help provide professional development in many areas, including but not limited to the following:
General PLM concepts such as Configuration Management, Change Management, and Digital Continuity. Hands-on experience with PLM platforms and tools, including use of different functional modules within each. Engineering Design and Manufacturing processes in complex industries. Requirements Engineering and Functional Architecture. Working as part of a Multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
We are looking for applicants with the following: Required:
Due to be graduating from an Engineering (preferably Aerospace or Mechanical), or related degree with a minimum classification of a 2:1. Can prove strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applied in Engineering, Software, and Data Analytics context Displays the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Applicant must have the right to work and to be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Beneficial experience includes any one or more of the following:
Has experience in data analysis or scripting (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel proficiency, etc.) Has experience with PLM tools (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.) Has experience with CAD software (CATIA v5, SOLIDWORKS, Siemens NX, etc.)
