We cater to a broad customer base, from small IT users to hyperscale data centres, through IT and electrical channels, as well as selected large direct accounts.
About the Role
As Product Line Sales Manager – White Space, you’ll drive the expansion of Eaton’s White Space portfolio, with a focus on large data centre customers.
Building on Eaton’s existing success in the "Grey Space" (3-phase UPS, transformers, and upstream power distribution), this role will accelerate mandatory entries into the White Space segment.
You’ll engage with end users and ecosystem partners (consultants, contractors, integrators, installers, and value-added resellers), ensuring seamless channel alignment while managing both large strategic accounts and a defined geographical territory—revenue transmission occurs through Eaton’s country teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across EMEA for Eaton’s White Space portfolio, targeting hyperscale data centres
- Manage key accounts in collaboration with regional sales teams
- Foster relationships with:
- End users (decision-makers, purchase influencers)
- Consultants
- Contractors
- Integrators
- Value-added resellers (VARs)
- Develop and execute route-to-market strategies to optimise opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline via CRM, engaging top-tier stakeholders (sales outreach, pipeline reports)
- Lead customer projects, including:
- Solution positioning
- Tender preparation
- Pricing & negotiations
- Deployment follow-up
- Provide market insights to shape product strategy and forecasts
Qualifications
- Engineering degree preferred
- 10+ years in Sales or Business Development within the data centre infrastructure market
Essential Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of data centre White Space solutions and ecosystem dynamics
- Entrepreneurial mindset; self-motivated approach to high-impact problems
- Experience in international and matrixed organisations (geographic + customer ownership)
- Mastery of stakeholder management, navigating varying interests and internal/partner teams
- Expert negotiation and influencing skills across technical/commercial environments
- Excellent project & coordination skills (budgeting, timelines, escalation processes)
- Confident presentation & client communication (attention to detail, clarity, relationship-building)
- Commercially astute, with keen customer focus and ability to drive revenue outcomes
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
