Product Line Sales Manager – White Space EMEA

We serve a broad customer base across EMEA, from small IT users to hyperscale data centres, through:
- IT and electrical channels
- Selected large direct accounts
What You’ll Do
As Product Line Sales Manager – White Space, you will:
- Drive the growth of Eaton’s White Space portfolio, focusing on large data centre customers.
- Build on Eaton’s established success in Grey Space (3-phase UPS, transformers, upstream power distribution).
- Help accelerate growth in the White Space segment as part of a key strategic role.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in Eaton’s White Space solutions targeting large data centre customers across EMEA.
- Manage a combination of key accounts and a defined geographical territory, collaborating with country sales organisations.
- Engage with end users and the broader ecosystem—consultants, contractors, integrators, VARs, and installers.
- Develop and execute route-to-market strategies to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline via CRM, engaging key decision-makers.
- Lead customer projects in areas such as:
- Solution positioning
- Tender processes
- Pricing
- Deployment follow-ups
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product strategy and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Engineering degree (no specific specialisation required).
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically within the Data Centre industry.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of data centre White Space solutions and the associated ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong self-starter with initiative.
- Experience in international and matrix organisational structures.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent project management and coordination capabilities.
- Confident communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Deep focus on customer needs, with a commercial outlook.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages advantageous.
