As a Product Maintenance Assistant based in Waterloo or Dartford you’ll be responsible for: Assist with the management of all company product information and data across all business platforms. Work closely with Suppliers and Merchandising to ensure the quality and accuracy of product information and their assets is received in the correct format and accurate. Assist with the creation and maintenance of all products. Focusing on, but not limited to, product grouping, attributes and lead-times. Prepare new product data for inputting into BisTrack and onto the website. This role is a full time, 6 months Fixed Term contract with possibility of extension, 37.5hrs per week, Monday-Friday: 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30 with 1hrs break. No weekend working required. Office based role with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Ability to coordinate resources across one or more projects. Knowledge of business systems & processes along with a drive for accuracy & efficiency. Excellent motivational, written & verbal communication skills are required.
