Product Management Coach (Contract)

£750 per day (Inside IR35)

6 Month Contract (with strong potential to extend)

Hybrid Working – Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Chester, Birmingham or Bristol

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Product Management Coaches to join a major transformation programme within a leading organisation in the financial services sector.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with senior product leaders and executive stakeholders to transform product management capability across a large, complex enterprise. You'll play a key role in embedding modern product thinking, coaching teams, and helping shape a mature, customer-centric product operating model.

We're looking for individuals who have successfully led product organisations and coached teams through large-scale product management transformations—not just delivered products, but improved the way organisations build and manage them.

The Role

As a Product Management Coach, you'll partner with senior leaders to strengthen product management practices, improve organisational maturity, and embed modern product-led ways of working across multiple business areas. You'll be responsible for coaching product leaders, influencing strategic decision-making, and helping teams deliver greater customer and commercial value through best-in-class product management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
