Product Management Coach x 6 π Locations: Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Chester, Birmingham or Bristol π Duration: 6 Months (likely extension) π° Rate: Β£750 per day π’ Hybrid Working
We're supporting a major product transformation programme and are looking for 6 experienced Product Management Coaches to help drive product excellence across a large enterprise environment.
This is a senior-level coaching and advisory role focused on improving product management maturity, embedding modern product practices, and helping organisations become more customer-centric in how they design, prioritise and deliver products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coach Product Managers, Product Owners and senior leadership teams on modern product management practices.
- Drive improvements in product discovery, strategy, prioritisation, road mapping and outcome measurement.
- Support product operating model transformation and capability development.
- Identify product maturity gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Influence senior stakeholders to strengthen customer-centric decision making and product leadership.
- Help organisations build stronger product cultures, practices and ways of working.

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Experience leading or supporting product operating model transformations.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, product lifecycles and value-based decision making.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organisational change.
- Experience within large enterprise and regulated environments would be highly beneficial.

Ideal Background We're particularly interested in candidates who have operated at Head of Product, Product Director, Principal Product Manager or Product Transformation Lead level and have experience coaching teams through product maturity and operating model change.
