What You'll Own

User & Market Research

  • Assist mentors in conducting user interviews, surveys, and collecting day-to-day user feedback to gain a deep understanding of user pain points.
  • Perform regular competitor analysis, prepare competitor research reports, and stay highly attuned to industry trends and market developments.

Requirements Analysis & Product Design

  • Support the mapping and optimisation of business processes, and participate in product feature planning and design.
  • Create high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and develop clear product wireframes and mockups.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, R&D (development) teams, and QA (testing) teams to track development schedules and project progress.
  • Participate in feature acceptance testing to ensure products are launched on time and meet quality standards.

Data-Driven Product Iteration

  • Assist in monitoring key post-launch product metrics, such as:
    • User activity
    • Retention
    • Conversion rates
  • Analyse data to identify business issues and propose practical optimisation and iteration plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and other business teams.
  • Provide product training and technical support, while gathering product requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders.
