Product Management Lead
Product Management Lead
We’re looking for a Product Management Lead to join Esri UK’s Products Team and play a key role in shaping the direction and success of Esri UK products. This role leads a team of Product Managers and Product Engineers, ensuring our products align with the team’s purpose, deliver customer value, and evolve with the ArcGIS platform. You’ll combine leadership, strategy, and hands-on product management to drive innovation, performance, and continuous improvement.
Salary: Starting from £56k rising with experience, plus a bonus of up to 20%. Flexible work: Full or part-time available. Locations include Edinburgh, Cambridge, Aylesbury offices, or home-based (with occasional in-person meetings).

Esri UK is a distributor of the world’s leading geospatial software, ArcGIS, providing services across public and private sectors in the UK. As the market leader in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Esri UK collaborates with the largest pool of GIS expertise in the UK. The Esri UK Product Team builds and maintains software and data products that enhance ArcGIS Platform adoption by customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Engineers.
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned products.
- Establish and embed product management best practices and continuous improvement.
- Align products with team strategy, customer needs, and the ArcGIS ecosystem.
- Manage product performance, including financials, delivery, and adoption.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Requirements
We welcome candidates who don’t meet every requirement but are excited about the role. Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle, with a track record of successfully delivering products.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and customer engagement.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and product management best practice.
- Knowledge of *ArcGIS and the broader GIS/technology landscape.
Note: Entry-level to mid-level experience acceptable with commensurate scaling of salary.
