About the job

SplitLine is a fintech startup helping businesses optimise their SaaS and IT spend, enabling monthly payments for annual software contracts with no upfront fees or intermediaries. We work with scaling companies to secure exclusive annual discounts from software providers while keeping cash flow smooth and predictable, so businesses can pay as they grow, centralise subscription management, and put capital toward core operations rather than annual software bills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Before we build out our own product function, we want a clear picture of how product teams in B2B and B2C companies actually validate ideas, prioritise, and where that process breaks down. To get it, we are supporting an academic research project led by Vitaliy, a growth product practitioner studying this on the side.

This is not a job opening. We are using this format because it is the most direct way to reach experienced product people on LinkedIn, and we want to be upfront about that from the first line.

What we are asking

  • One anonymous 5-minute survey on product idea validation practices. No calls, no interview process, no pitch afterward.

What you get

  • The aggregated results published openly, so you can see how your own practice compares across the market.
  • If a genuine product role opens at SplitLine later, participants hear about it first.

If you have five minutes and a point of view on how product ideas should be validated before building, click apply and we will send the survey link directly.
