The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to lead the development, positioning and lifecycle management of our UK product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing products to market, driving customer value, and working cross-functionally to deliver commercial growth.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from business case development and launch planning through to optimisation and retirement. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical and Finance teams, you'll ensure products are positioned effectively, deliver value to customers, and achieve commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the UK product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead the successful launch and commercialisation of new products and services.
- Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing reviews to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Own and evolve product messaging, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Support sales enablement through training, launch materials and product communications.
- Partner with Commercial Finance to support pricing strategy, portfolio performance and margin optimisation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for key product categories, translating technical features into compelling customer benefits.
- Deliver portfolio reporting, insights and recommendations to support business growth and customer retention.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Experience launching and scaling products within local markets
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
- Commercially minded with experience developing value propositions and market positioning
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, KPIs and ROI metrics
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Communications or a related field is desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or related marketing tools would be advantageous
