About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team for the year and help revolutionise automotive experiences. As part of the Product Team you'll be working across two distinct but connected audiences. Focusing across both B2B and B2C means you'll tackle diverse product challenges, from consumer-facing discovery journeys to internal retailer tools, all while working collaboratively with design, engineering, and stakeholders across the business.

You'll contribute to the entire product lifecycle - from strategic planning and user story creation to backlog management and feature delivery that makes a real difference. What You’ll Do

Work as part of cross-functional squads, contributing to specific product areas while learning from experienced Product Managers Collaborate with colleagues across product, design and engineering to help define and deliver roadmaps that serve both B2B and B2C users Responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing. Cross-Product Marketing - The ability to promote other services i.e. insurance, warranties, service plans Contribute to the Marketing Funnel Strategy of our business. Work alongside both internal and external industry experts to identify pain points and develop solutions that address real market needs Build with the end customer foremost in mind, translating our overall product vision into detailed user stories and product requirements Support feature delivery and use analytics to gather feedback, helping iterate and improve our products based on real user data Take ownership of product areas, become the go-to person for specific features or domains

What You’ll Need

Customer Focus: Deeply understand and advocate for the needs of both B2B and B2C users, with experience using engagement metrics to drive product decisions Automotive experience / interest. Knowledge with compliance and data privacy in the industry. Strong understanding of Retention & Lifecycle Marketing (CRM) & Finance Lead Generation Communication: Present and articulate product concepts in a clear and focused way that drives productive discussion and compels work forward Experience as a Product Manager on agile teams, with a proven track record of translating product vision into actionable user stories and requirements Collaboration: Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams - coordinating with design and engineering, identifying dependencies, negotiating trade-offs, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery Flexibility: Able to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with an ideas-led, consultative approach, and not afraid to push back when necessary Stakeholder Management: Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the importance of keeping key people well-informed and aligned Attitude: Up for a challenge with a get-it-done approach. Comfortable making quick decisions and working in a fast-moving environment Technical Understanding: You don't need to be a coder, but you should have experience working with engineering teams and translating business needs into technical requirements Hybrid Working: Happy to come into the London office 1-2 times per week to collaborate with the team
