Product Manager – Global Fashion Brands – London

We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast-paced environment, working with some great brands in a team where they are looking for someone who has a product or merchandising background, structured and strong attention to detail!

Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage the seasonal assortment planning process across the EMEA region.
  • Creation and management of the Critical Path Calendars and communicate key dates with the teams and partners.
  • Prepare seasonal product adoption and margin reporting.
  • Working closely with Design & Development to ensure margin targets are hit.
  • Ensure the approvals, quality and compliance of product.
  • Working closely with logistics, to ensure accurate and timely processing of booking requests from suppliers.
  • Own marketing support on brand assets and imagery.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience in merchandising or product development
  • Should have strong evidence of managing end to end critical path
  • You will have a demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential
  • Demonstrates drive and energy to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ideally has come from a fashion background or has a strong interest in fashion
  • Must be organised, self-motivated and extremely structured in their approach
  • Highly numerate and with strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
