Job Description
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Chip Financial Ltd's newly launched Pension proposition. You will own the product roadmap from concept to iteration, working within an AI-native development lifecycle alongside engineering and design. This role is about driving 0-to-1 growth, defining success metrics, and making high-velocity decisions to build a market-leading wealth product.

What You Will Do
- Drive the Pension product roadmap from initial concept to delivery, identifying key levers to move the needle for customers and business growth.
- Lead cross-functional ideation and requirement definition with dedicated engineering and design partners, ensuring fast and well-reasoned product decisions under uncertainty.
- Coordinate complex relationships with third-party SIPP providers and internal stakeholders across compliance, risk, and operations to maintain high shipping velocity.
The ideal candidate
- Proven product management experience in a scale-up environment, ideally with domain expertise in UK pensions, SIPPs, wealth management, or FCA-regulated products.
- Deeply data-driven and AI-curious, with a track record of setting meaningful success metrics and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
- A proactive "driver" mindset with the conviction to form evidence-based opinions and make decisive calls to move the product forward.
