About the Role
The Opportunity
We’re seeking 2 Product Managers to join our team, to own and drive key parts of our mission. The Product team defines and delivers customer-focused propositions for Wealth Wizards, balancing customer needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements. We use data and insight to prioritise, iterate, and improve—working cross-functionally to create digital or hybrid journeys that build customer understanding, confidence, and action.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Co-lead one of our cross-functional development teams (either for Property Wealth or Connected Help Proposition).
- Be responsible for your product and the implementation of the overall product vision and strategy.
Our teams build, refine, and support a set of products and services that help clients and their customers to better understand their finances and to make better, more informed decisions around their money. We work autonomously but collaboratively to solve problems for each other and our users—prioritising small, iterative developments over large, complex projects.
Both roles share a mission: improving financial decision-making for customers’ retirement, delivering on our mission of making financial advice and guidance more accessible and affordable.
Property Wealth Product Manager
The Property Wealth Product Manager will:
- Manage the design, build, and optimisation of a key element of our new Property Wealth digital product set.
- Work closely with Royal London Equity Release Advisers.
- Support colleagues to deliver a more scalable and remote-led advice service.
- Help embed property wealth planning as a mainstream part of retirement planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
