Product Manager – Laboratory Water Purification Technologies
We’re working with a leading provider of laboratory water purification technologies in need of an experienced or aspiring Product Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of highly respected scientific water purification systems, used across research, pharmaceutical, and quality control (QC) laboratories.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of science, technology, and commercial strategy, guiding products from concept to market launch and beyond, while shaping the future direction of an innovative product portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, technical support, marketing, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a product vision and long-term roadmap for laboratory water purification systems
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including market analysis, product requirements definition, launch execution, and post-launch optimisation
- Ensure product development aligns with customer and commercial needs through cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and future product requirements
- Lead product introductions alongside sales and marketing teams
- Deliver product training and communicate product updates and performance metrics to key stakeholders

Requirements
- Degree-qualified in a Science or Engineering discipline
- Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Product Management or customer-facing roles is desirable
- Experience working with scientific, laboratory, analytical, or industrial equipment is highly desirable
- Experience with water technologies would be advantageous
- Ability to balance technical detail with commercial and customer needs
- Passionate about customer-focused product development and continuous improvement
