What this role is all about
As an Internal Sales Product Manager, there is a significant opportunity to simplify journeys, improve insight, and drive better outcomes for advisers, marketing and indirectly, our end customers. As a Product Manager working on our internal sales CRM, you will own the evolution and performance of this experience. You’ll identify high-impact opportunities, refine solutions with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, efficiency and user satisfaction.
This is a role for someone who wants to own meaningful problems and enjoys actively partnering with sales and marketing teams.
Key Actions
- Product performance and outcomes:
- Own and improve key metrics across the sales and CRM journey (e.g. conversion, drop-off, adviser efficiency, engagement)
- Problem discovery and prioritisation:
- Use data, user insight and commercial context to identify the highest-value opportunities across the journey, integrating AI into our adviser's day to day operations.
- Experimentation and optimisation:
- Lead a continuous optimisation approach using testing, analytics and insight to validate ideas and drive measurable impact
- Strategy and direction:
- Define and evolve the product strategy for your area, aligning to broader business goals and growth priorities
- Cross-functional delivery:
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales and marketing to turn ideas into high-quality, scalable product improvements
- Stakeholder alignment:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure focus on the most valuable opportunities and clear outcomes

You’ll operate as part of a cross-functional product team who use SAFe agile, combining product thinking, data, and collaboration to solve real business and user problems.
This means:

- Using experimentation/insight over assumption
- Balancing commercial impact with user experience
- Making trade-offs clear and intentional
What You Need To Thrive
- Commercial and strategic thinking
- Able to connect product decisions to business outcomes and growth
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong experience with digital analytics, experimentation and optimisation (e.g. A/B or multivariate testing)
- Product judgement
- Comfortable prioritising effectively in complex environments with competing demands
- Influence and communication
- Able to work confidently with senior stakeholders, bringing clarity and alignment
- Proven experience owning and evolving multiple digital products
- Experience working in complex ecosystems (e.g. B2B, enterprise, regulated industries)
- Track record of improving measurable outcomes through product changes
