Product Manager - AdTech - Remote (UK or Europe)

About the company

A fast-growing, global business in digital advertising and performance marketing. The platform uses AI-driven solutions to protect and improve advertising investment for businesses of all sizes, helping brands and SMEs get more from their ad spend through automated, data-led tools. The business is scaling its self-serve product fast.

This is a lean, product-led team where ownership actually means ownership. You'll have direct access to senior leadership, real autonomy, and the chance to shape a product that's growing quickly in an international market.

About the Product Manager role

You'll take full ownership of a self-serve product used by SMEs to sign up, connect their ad accounts, and manage everything independently, no sales or CS needed. The platform gives SMEs a single solution for managing their digital advertising across channels like Google Ads and Meta, and you'll own how that experience comes together. Think onboarding, activation, subscription billing, and retention, end to end.

You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success. Your focus: turning trial users into paying customers and keeping them there.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

There's real scope here for a Product Manager who wants more autonomy and a bigger remit, plus hands-on exposure to AI as it becomes a bigger part of the product roadmap. This will suit someone who wants to gain more experience with AI (building prototypes and driving efficiency across workflows).

What you'll be doing

  • Own the roadmap for a core product area, from strategy through to delivery
  • Define, prioritise and sequence the backlog to drive trial-to-paid conversion, MRR growth and churn reduction, making clear trade-off calls and communicating them confidently to engineering and leadership
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and conversion across the self-serve journey
  • Manage the subscription lifecycle: billing, upgrades, downgrades, retention flows
  • Define and shape the onboarding experience for customers connecting multiple ad platforms (for example Google Ads and Meta), making sure the journey stays smooth as complexity grows
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ship high-impact features
  • Use data and experimentation to drive prioritisation decisions
  • Partner with marketing on lifecycle messaging and email journeys that drive conversion
