Company Description
Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world. Experian invests in people and new advanced technologies to unlock the power of data. We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.
Job Description
We are looking for a commercially minded, technically fluent Product Manager to manage and evolve our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform – a product at the heart of our document automation capability. IDP goes beyond traditional OCR, combining text recognition with classification, data extraction, validation and machine-learning-driven document understanding to turn unstructured documents into trusted, decision-ready data.
This role is ideal for someone who can translate client needs into well-defined product increments, comfortable in a client boardroom and in backlog refinement sessions. You will operate at the intersection of client relationship management, commercial strategy and delivery execution – working with an offshore engineering team in Hyderabad and internal stakeholders across compliance, operations and commercial functions.
Reporting into our Product Directory, you will manage a meaningful slice of the product's commercial performance, with accountability for the value it delivers to clients and its contribution to the product P&L.
Main Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Manage the product vision and roadmap for the IDP platform, evolving it into a scalable, market-leading document intelligence capability.
- Prioritise a backlog of features and improvements, balancing client value, technical feasibility and commercial return.
- Define and communicate clear release goals with measurable success criteria.
Client Relationship Management
- Be a trusted advisor to clients and the primary product contact across the account lifecycle.
- Run a regular client engagement – including roadmap reviews and business reviews – to maintain agreement and promote confidence in the product.
- Manage client expectations, handling escalations and difficult conversations.
- Build an understanding of each client's business so product decisions strengthen retention, satisfaction and long-term commercial relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
