Actus Search are supporting a leading Investment Platform organisation who are seeking a Product Manager to join their team in London with a focus on owning, shaping and prioritising the SIIP product.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine ownership. Looking for a proactive Product Manager who brings ideas, energy and conviction, can make decisions with imperfect information and knows how to bring stakeholders with them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and drive the Pension product roadmap from concept through to delivery.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the Pension product strategy.
- Lead product discovery, ideation and concept refinement alongside dedicated Engineering and Design partners.
- Define clear product requirements and make well-reasoned decisions that balance customer, commercial and technical priorities.
- Use AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to support research, prototyping, specification and iteration.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers, including SIPP providers and platform integration partners.

Key Experience:
- Product Management experience, preferably within fintech, investments, wealth management or pensions.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to make decisions and drive products forward.
- Strong product management fundamentals, including customer discovery, roadmap ownership, requirements definition, prioritisation, UX decision-making and delivery.
- A data-driven approach with experience defining meaningful product metrics and using insights to inform decisions.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to consider revenue, cost and business model implications when making product decisions.
- Experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day product development process.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior and executive level.
