Actus Search are supporting a leading Investment Platform organisation who are seeking a Product Manager to join their team in London with a focus on owning, shaping and prioritising the SIIP product.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine ownership. Looking for a proactive Product Manager who brings ideas, energy and conviction, can make decisions with imperfect information and knows how to bring stakeholders with them.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive the Pension product roadmap from concept through to delivery.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the Pension product strategy.
  • Lead product discovery, ideation and concept refinement alongside dedicated Engineering and Design partners.
  • Define clear product requirements and make well-reasoned decisions that balance customer, commercial and technical priorities.
  • Use AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to support research, prototyping, specification and iteration.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers, including SIPP providers and platform integration partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
