Job Title

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in United Kingdom.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of an AI-powered observability platform designed for modern engineering teams.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of autonomous systems by defining how AI agents support developers in managing production environments.

You will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and success metrics while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams.

The position combines deep customer understanding, technical product thinking, and commercial ownership in a fast-growing environment.

You will help build trust in AI-driven solutions by creating products that are reliable, intuitive, and valuable for technical users.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on a category-defining product while working with a highly skilled and collaborative team.

Accountabilities

  • Define product goals, success metrics, and strategic priorities for AI-powered product capabilities, aligning closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch, ensuring successful delivery of features that improve developer workflows and production reliability.
  • Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution processes while maintaining alignment across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of autonomous AI experiences, determining how AI agents should operate, make decisions, and earn user trust in production environments.
  • Conduct continuous customer research with engineering teams, SREs, and platform users to identify pain points, validate assumptions, and improve product direction.
  • Support commercial growth by contributing to packaging, pricing strategies, customer conversations, technical demonstrations, and enterprise adoption.
  • Represent the product externally through customer engagements, industry events, technical communities, and thought leadership activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver a high-quality user experience while balancing innovation, usability, and business impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
