About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Tech4Good company, specialising in IoT-based products that make a significant impact in the care sector. Our mission is to help people with declining health live fuller, more independent lives through cutting-edge technology.
The Product Manager will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, driving innovation and evolution for both new and existing product lines. Your work will start with a deep understanding of market needs and progress through strategy, development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Define clear product requirements and collaborate with development teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Drive product enhancements, monitor post-launch performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with hardware manufacturers and suppliers to inform product strategy
- Work across hardware, software, IoT, and wearable technologies

Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in Telco/IoT solutions, including work with electronic sensors or smart devices (e.g., smart cars, wearables)
- Strong B2C/D2C experience alongside a customer-focused mindset
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software solutions, particularly in IoT ecosystems
- Ability to manage the full product lifecycle—from research and strategy to launch and scaling
