About the Job
Product Manager (eMAR Focus)
This is a hands-on product management role with a clinical edge: you’ll drive our electronic Medicines Administration Record (eMAR) proposition—a life-saving, risk-mitigation pillar for care systems.
Since medicines management is high-value, high-risk, we need someone who:
- Understands safety-critical processes
- Dives deep into pharmaceutical/domain specifics
- Aligns product vision with customer and business needs
Collaboration drives results here. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Practice, Marketing, and Insights, delivering effective produts that impact lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional leadership: Bridge communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outputs.
- Product vision & strategy: Shape the eMAR roadmap by balancing market trends, regulation, and growth goals.
- Customer-centric development:
- Drive user research to uncover needs and pain points.
- Translate inputs into actionable features and improvements.
- Requirements definition: Craft clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap backlogs.
- Lifecycle ownership: Guide eMAR through development, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder success.
- Performance tracking: Set KPIs and metrics, then iterate based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Experience & Skills
Core Competencies
- Product management: Proven track record in SaaS/B2B environments, preferably within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven roadmap: Ability to leverage research, analytics, and user behavior to set direction.
- Prioritisation & AI tools: Experience prioritising features, leveraging AI to accelerate discovery/development.
- Agile/Scrum: Fluent in iterative Agile methodologies and team dynamics.
- Technical communication: Bridges business and engineering needs, breaking down technical jargon.
- Post-launch analysis: Roots out weaknesses via performance reviews, driving optimization.
Bonus TeamFit

Requirements
- Flexibility (remote work + occasional travel)
- Proven product management experience, particularly in health/tech or regulated environments
- Degree (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar) – an MBA is a plus.
- Thoughtful communication: Can articulate value propositions clearly.
- Fluent in data-driven decision-making and storytelling.
