Join the UK’s Premier Parcel & Post Delivery Company

At Evri, we're not just delivering parcels — we're reshaping how millions of people experience delivery every day. As the UK's leading consumer delivery specialist, we're transforming into a product-led organisation, building innovative digital experiences across our Customer, Sender and Courier journeys.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Courier pillar, helping to shape and deliver the future of the Courier Mobile Apps and the wider courier experience. This is an exciting opportunity to influence products that support thousands of couriers throughout their journey with Evri and help drive world-class delivery experiences for millions of customers.

What You'll Do

As Product Manager, you will own products that support the courier lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, engagement and performance. You will define, develop and optimise product experiences that help prospective couriers join Evri, become successful delivery partners and deliver exceptional service at scale.

Working closely with couriers, UX, operational stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams, you will identify customer needs, shape product strategy and deliver measurable courier and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for your areas of the Courier Mobile Apps
  • Own the end-to-end courier onboarding journey, from application through to first delivery.
  • Validate customer and business problems through research, data and experimentation.
  • Define hypotheses and measure outcomes to ensure product investments deliver value.
  • Identify friction points, inefficiencies and opportunities across business processes, data and technology.
  • Partner closely with operational teams and regularly visit sites to understand courier needs and challenges.
  • Define and communicate product vision aligned to wider business objectives.
  • Manage products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and development through to optimisation.
  • Own and deliver against product OKRs, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Lead discovery activities using customer insight, analytics, user research and market trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify and define valuable solutions.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise customer and business value.
  • Collaborate with Design, Technology and Delivery teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Define and track product metrics, performance indicators and service measures.
  • Use insights and data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support budgeting, financial planning and resource management activities.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning, product launches and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships across business, operational and technology teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
