- Harness data and insights—combining qualitative and quantitative research—to inform prioritization and decision-making.
- Drive AI integration by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, intelligence, and user value within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Measure and iterate on product performance using analytics and user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the customer, immersing yourself in provider workflows to understand pain points and opportunities.
- Navigate industry trends and competitive dynamics while positioning Ensora as a thought leader in mental health technology.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-first culture within a team that values innovation, accountability, and shared success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
