Product Manager | Own New Product Launches

Hull | £50,000–£60,000 | Full Time | Office Base

Do you enjoy turning great ideas into commercially successful products? Can you bring structure to complex projects, keep multiple stakeholders aligned and ensure products launch on time? We're working exclusively with a growing, product-led manufacturing business to recruit a Product Manager for a newly created position.

The Opportunity

You'll manage products from initial concept through to successful launch, ensuring projects are well planned, stakeholders remain aligned and timelines are achieved. You'll coordinate multiple product launches throughout the year, keeping communication flowing across departments whilst identifying risks before they become problems. You'll also spend time understanding customers and market trends, helping shape future product opportunities and ensuring every new product has a clear commercial purpose.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
