Product Manager | Own New Product Launches
Hull | £50,000–£60,000 | Full Time | Office Base
Do you enjoy turning great ideas into commercially successful products? Can you bring structure to complex projects, keep multiple stakeholders aligned and ensure products launch on time? We're working exclusively with a growing, product-led manufacturing business to recruit a Product Manager for a newly created position.
The Opportunity
You'll manage products from initial concept through to successful launch, ensuring projects are well planned, stakeholders remain aligned and timelines are achieved. You'll coordinate multiple product launches throughout the year, keeping communication flowing across departments whilst identifying risks before they become problems. You'll also spend time understanding customers and market trends, helping shape future product opportunities and ensuring every new product has a clear commercial purpose.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience managing physical products through a full product lifecycle
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- The ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- A commercial mindset with excellent decision-making skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within a manufacturing or product-led environment
- A proactive approach with the ability to drive momentum and deliver against deadlines
