About the Role: Product Manager
The Product Manager plays a vital role in driving the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that support Selene’s strategic business goals and operational objectives. This position acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment and measurable success. Responsibilities include systems analysis, quality assurance, and light project management, all aimed at delivering high-value solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a customer-centric and business-driven mindset, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and other technology-driven initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities that enhance business capabilities and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business cases, success metrics, and ROI for proposed solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and project plans with clear, measurable outcomes
- Facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning expectations and ensuring timely communication of project status, risks, and issues
- Coordinate across departments (sales, operations, IT, corporate, etc.) for seamless execution of initiatives
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while staying on scope and budget
- Support change management and adoption efforts across the organization
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and complete all required training

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the mortgage servicing industry
- Experience:
- 5–7+ years of cross-functional experience working with technical and non-technical teams
- Proven track record in defining product requirements and using data to drive decision-making
- Strong familiarity with program and project management best practices
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Experience creating detailed documentation (e.g., business requirements, user stories, process flows)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management capabilities
- Tools & Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Asana
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
