Product Manager
MENSWEAR PRODUCT MANAGER
Full-time position Reports to: SD / General Manager
Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance and Analysis
- Analyze the performance of the store/department (Clothes, Tempe and Perfumes) to ensure sales targets are met.
- Utilize appropriate analysis tools and strategies, adjusting as needed.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data for the store and adjust strategies to maximize sales.
- Plan the weekly store strategy with the Store Director/General Manager.
- Oversee store layouts to enhance commercial strategy and optimize the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Regional and National Team, ensuring implementation of Country strategies according to customer profiles:
- Plan and organize workshops in-store.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial applications: Retail app, Merchan app, Alert exposition, Itx stock, Deliveries app, Money mapping, etc.
- Prepare and lead official in-store visits to evaluate sales potential, providing strategy feedback and product needs.
- Work closely with OPS Managers to synchronize visual strategies with promotional activities and product launches.
- Manage stock revisions, proposals for backstocks, and back-to-stock levels, aligning with weekly strategies.
- Control product levels in the store and communicate with Senior Management and Spain PM for replenishments as needed.
- Ensure scheduling is compliant with Orquest guidelines for the Commercial Team.
Visual Merchandising Strategy
- Develop and execute a visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand identity, market trends, and business goals.
- Ensure seasonal planning is reflected on the shop floor according to the commercial calendar and company strategies.
- Implement creative visual ideas:
- Manage in-store furniture, lighting, and internal mannequins to maintain high standards.
- Maintain windows up to standards and propose changes when necessary.
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends and participate in Fashionista projects.

Team Leadership & Development
- Train and develop the Commercial Team:
- Provide regular feedback, reviews, and training.
- Identify and develop team potential within the store, contributing to succession plans with follow-ups via LEAP.
- Lead and sustain high motivation within the team.
- Provide daily commercial updates to ensure team engagement, sales focus, and superior customer service.
- Manage all payroll processes and fulfill deadlines timely.
- Ensure adherence to ER processes for company policy in contexts such as:
- Formal and informal meetings.
- Sickness and absence management.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability initiatives, encouraging:
- Innovation.
- Economically reductive sustainability practices.
- Uphold company-related initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Lead by example, ensuring top-tier customer service standards across the store.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer behavior and profiles.
- Enhance the product knowledge of the team to drive sales and meet commercial goals.
- Handle and manage customer issues, escalating to the customer service team if needed.
- Actively participate in customer experience improvement actions.
Security Procedures
- Ensure the store team rigorously follows security and funds management procedures.
- Review all relevant signed documentation.
- Support security management and team organization, including procedures.
- Open and close the cash desk, providing support to the cash team.
- Monitor cash discrepancies, reporting to line management.
- Oversee banking procedures, addressing any incident reported by the L&P Department.
- Support process alterations (e.g., request changes) and ensure adherence.
- Help mitigate stock loss, assisting in action plans accordingly.

Health & Safety (H&S)
- Maintain awareness of employee and customer safety risks.
- Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company procedures.
- Support housekeeping standards across all store areas, including:
- Usage of the HS Net app for accident reporting.
Experience & Qualifications
- Essential:
- Previous experience in fashion retail.
- Experience in merchandising (preferably in a similar environment).
- Desirable:
- A fashion/textile design qualification (although not essential).
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful commercial actions.

- Passionate about fashion.
- Ability to lead by example, motivate and develop the team.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to:
