Product Manager at Netcraft

The Role
This role partners closely with Engineering to translate product strategy into actionable plans and successful delivery across multiple teams. It involves:
- Deep collaboration with stakeholders
- Prioritizing projects, analyzing trade-offs, and maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog
- Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize projects
- Facilitating project kick-offs
- Ensuring engineering documentation aligns with requirements
- Monitoring telemetry to inform recommendations
- Tracking progress, identifying blockers, and escalating issues
- Helping shape product strategy and maintaining trusted relationships across engineering leadership
This role can be based in either our London, Bath, or Manchester offices, but offers hybrid and flexible working options.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to collect feedback and gather/product prioritise product requirements
- Working closely with Engineering to ensure successful roadmap execution
- Building alignment and support for key initiatives across technical and business stakeholders
- Using analytics and user research to measure the success of feature releases
- Informing future development decisions
- Partnering with Marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies and materials
- Supporting sales efforts through product knowledge and participation in customer discussions
- Collaborating with UX/UI teams to help build and deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS setting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate what is being built and why
- Effectively engaging with all relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in successful decision-making and product/feature launches
- Experience designing and implementing a product management process
- Using that process to develop products/features from ideation to delivery
- Understands how to work across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to:
- Respond to and prioritize changing needs effectively
- Manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and deliver them on time to a high standard
- Strong understanding of software development
- Good data analysis skills
- Gathering meaningful insights from service analytics and stakeholders
- Experience working in cybersecurity preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience leveraging modern product management platforms and AI-powered tools
- Enhancing productivity, decision-making, and execution
