Founding Product Manager | Health & Fitness SaaS | London (Hybrid)
£65,000–£75,000 + Benefits
A high-growth HealthTech SaaS business is looking for its first dedicated Product Manager to help shape the future of its product as it enters its next stage of growth.
The platform powers thousands of coaches and fitness professionals worldwide, enabling them to create, manage and sell digital coaching programmes. Following a recent institutional funding round, the company is investing in building its in-house product and engineering team, making this a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through to delivery and measurable commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership, working closely with leadership, design and engineering teams to define what gets built and why.

What you'll be doing
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap.
- Lead product discovery using customer research, analytics and commercial insight.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements.
- Partner closely with engineering and design throughout delivery.
- Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve the product.
- Help establish product management best practices as the business scales.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' Product Management experience in a product-led SaaS business.
- Ideal to have experience in healthtech/wellness
- Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and contributing to product delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Marketplace or subscription SaaS experience is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in fitness, coaching or digital health is a bonus.
