Product Manager services for the Client. Specifically:

Service Roadmap

  • A living roadmap showing quarterly and long-term plans for feature development, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Aligned to strategic needs.
  • Prioritised based on feedback, maturity assessment, and operational needs.

Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework

  • A transparent mechanism for managing requests.
  • Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement.
  • Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.

Risk & Compliance Tracking as required:

  • Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations, and assurance activities.
  • Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required:

  • Regular updates to governance bodies.
  • Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc.
  • Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions.
